Return and Shipping Policy

We are sorry that you didn’t like the products you got from and want to return them back Miharu.

All products available at miharu.in are 100% handmade and have gone through rounds of quality checking to make sure only the best products are shipped. If any products slip through the cracks, and you receive it in ‘defective’ or ‘damaged’ conditions, we would love to make it right. You can apply for a replacement within 30 days of purchase, given that the products are unused, in the same conditioned as you received, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, and bills/invoices of the same can be produced.

 

How can I return my order?

Kindly drop us an email at info@miharu.in with your order details, within 30 days of purchase, and our customer service team would get back to you!

  • Returns are covered by the 30-day return guarantee, from the day of purchase.
  • Replacements are subject to availability of stock. If the product in question is out of stock, we will refund you the entire amount, within 7 days of receiving the return product. You can also opt to choose another product from our store, provided that the value of the product is less than or equal to the item being returned.
  • You will be informed about pickup arrangements. While we can arrange pickups in most consumer locations, in the case when you are asked to ship back our products, you will be refunded the entire shipping fee on producing the original receipt.

All refunds and replacements will be processed within 7 days of it reaching our facility, provided that the product is returned in good condition in original packaging, with all contents and invoices. Tampering with the product and packaging, in any capacity, would make it not eligible for refunds, or transfers.

Products under Rs. 400 are not eligible for returns.

 

Can I cancel my order/ or part of it?

If your package has not been shipped, you can contact us by email and we would be happy to cancel your (part of) order.

If you order has already been shipped, then it is eligible for returns if you receive a defective item. If you change your mind, and don’t want to keep a product, email us and we would try our best to help!

 

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders will be processed within three working days after the order has been confirmed.
  • We have tied up with Delhivery for shipping the majority of our products. Check their site for more details.
  • Miharu provides free shipping pan India for orders over Rs.1000. For orders below Rs. 1,000/- , a shipping charge of Rs. 100 is charged.
